Mr. Arthur: CIPD is a qualification that is recognized globally to make the career in HR and L&D. There are three levels in it. CIPD level-3, level-5, and Level-7 And all those require a different amount of time to complete. And the answer to your second question is that there are a lot of difficulties that a student faces in his study period. Busy schedule, less time, time management, and assignment completion.
