It claims that NSO’s Pegasus software was used to successfully hack 37 phones. including journalists activist and two women closest to Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The victim was on a list of 50,000 phone numbers from different countries. It is believed to conduct both extensive surveillance and use NSO tools such as Hungary and Saudi Arabia.

The list includes 1,000 people who are clearly ineligible for the software’s criminal targets. This includes more than 600 politicians, 189 journalists, 85 human rights activists and 65 business executives.
