Being a first-timer, your primary concern should be on the safety of your investment. Let’s learn five important rules which can save your trading capital.

Learn to play safe
Following aggressive trading, the method is not going to make you a Forex millionaire. This is one of the key reasons for losing money. You have to understand the fact, trading is all about probability. So, if you trade this market without following the basic rules of money management, it won’t take time to blow up the trading account. Learn to play safely in the investment business and it will help you to deal with the complex market condition. You might get bored with your trading performance, but this is very normal. You are here to make a living. So, trusting your emotions always results in a loss.

Trade with the high-end broker
Everyone things risk management policy is the only rule to ensure the safety of the trading capital. But in the CFD trading profession, choosing the right broker is very important. Many naive traders have step foot into the traps set by the low-end broker. After making some profit, the low-end broker freezes the trading platform and you lose your investment. Ride the trend

After the trade goes in favor, they get frightened and close the trade with a small profit. By doing so they kill the risk-reward ratio and make things extremely hard. You need to ensure the winners are always bigger than the losers. Without ensuring this, you can’t recover the loss in trading.

Money management
Money management is the most important aspect of trading. If you risk more than any amount which you can afford to lose, you are going to get frustrated with your trading performance. To ensure the stress-free trading environment, use the 1% rule of money management. If you feel confident with your trading signals, increase the risk factors to 2%. Never think you are the boss in the trading business. Become a student of this market and keep on learning new things. If you lose a few trades in a row, take a day off. Set realistic goals and trade with proper discipline. Always be prepared for the worst-case scenario. Follow these basic rules and you will never lose your capital.
