    Go to the Secretary of State Website, for your state of incorporation. It is very easy to do. They will provide the necessary forms with the recommended language. They will also provide you with instructions of what to do next, once the LLC has been approved and registered. Prior to registering the LLC do a business search to ensure the name of your company has not been registered yet. Do it at the Secretary of States website and the US Government website.
