NBA 2K recently announced the full roster of cover athletes for NBA 2K22, naming international superstar and Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Dončić as the game’s global cover for the Standard Edition and Cross-Gen Digital Bundle.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Dirk Nowitzki, and Kevin Durant, on the other hand, will be featured in the popular sports sim’s NBA 75th Anniversary Edition.

WNBA star and two-time MVP Candace Parker was also named the first female basketball player to grace the cover of the video-game franchise. She will appear in the special edition of NBA 2K22 to celebrate the WNBA’s 25th season when the game becomes available in physical and digital formats.

Availability and Pricing
As mentioned above the game would be available from September 10, 2021, on Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam.

The pricing for the Standard Edition of NBA 2K22 is set at $69.99 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, and $59.99 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One. The WNBA 25th Anniversary Special Edition will cost $69.99 and would be released only on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. It would be available for GameStop and EB Games, only in North America. The 75th Anniversary Edition would be priced at $99.99 and will contain cross-generation access for customers who buy it on PlayStation or Xbox.
