Just how bad was the defense in this game?The 42 points scored by Mi souri would have won 18 of the previous 22 SEC championship games.Its not like we were playing a slouch out there, said Auburn cornerback Chris Davis. They were playing for a championship, too.They began the day playing both Mi souri and Ohio State, this team of destiny facing the ever-rising tide of public sentiment of anybody but the SEC.
