To setup the Mac Airport Utility, you need to connect your cable modem or DSL to your Airport Extreme Ethernet WAN port. Now, open the Airport Utility located in the Utilities folder in the application folder on your computer by using Mac and in start > all programs > Airport a computer by using Windows, choose base station and then click to continue. Lastly, follow the onscreen instructions to smoothly create a new network. If the Airport Utility isn’t installed on computer, then you can also download it from the http://www.apple.com/support/airport. Computers using the Airport or any other wireless card can smoothly connect to the internet through the Airport Extreme.
