2. Turn off your printer’s power switch.

3. Let it be idle for a couple of minutes, and then give it to shut down completely.

4. Once it is turned off, you’ll have to press the button to stop for three to four minutes.

5. Make sure you keep your fingers on the stop while simultaneously pressing the button ON. Do not press the stop button.

6. Slowly, slowly release the stop button slowly and steadily. Then, place your finger over the ON key and then press the stop button about five times.

7. Then, press the power switch. Now, the screen is empty.

8. It is preparing itself to reset. After it has been still for a few seconds Press” ON. After that, the printer has completed its reset procedure.
