Finding the right developer for a game resembles me dating a little bit. If you want to hire remote developer or simple look for a partner, you don’t just go out, pick the first person you see and start a relationship. You want this person to correspond with your character, appearance expectations, etc. But sometimes even if you find a person who totally corresponds to these expectations, the relationship fails, as there is no compatibility.
