Why QBDBMGRN not running on this computer ?

Can someone help me get rid of the “QBDBMGRN not running” error message, which is not letting me access my company file?
The error message that you are getting is because your QuickBooks Database Server Manager is not running on your system. This is how you can eliminate the error from your system.
1. Re-install QuickBooks and when you are to choose an option between only running QuickBooks or hosting the company file, select hosting the company file, and this will also install QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
2. Next, launch QuickBooks Database Server Manager from the Start menu and browse and select your company file in it.
3. Retry to open the company file, and the error will disappear.
