    If AOL has stopped working with Outlook, there are a few things you can try:

    Check your AOL account settings in Outlook to make sure they are correctly configured. You can do this by going to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > select your AOL account > click Change.

    Make sure your AOL account is still active and in good standing. You can check this by logging into your AOL account on the web and confirming that everything is working as expected.

    Try restarting your computer or device and then relaunching Outlook to see if that resolves the issue.

    Try removing and re-adding your AOL account in Outlook to see if that helps. To do this, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > select your AOL account > click Remove. Then follow the prompts to add your AOL account back in.

    If none of these solutions work, contact AOL support for further assistance.
