I’ve just started trading and with the educations provided by Nenad and Chris I am learning so much. The materials they provide with webinars and videos are really helping me out a lot. They are also very responsive to e-mails which is a big plus.
The support section on the website is also good, very responsive.

Fast support, amazing analysis with Nenad Kerkez, free indicators and experts for MetaTrader4 (Supreme Edition) that helps me to trade faster and smarter, negative balance protection… I am starting to sound like one of them… in few words, trustworthy company, awards for best educator broker. They are and they will be my broker.

I got Admiral Markets recomended by a friend of mine who is a professional trader. I opened a small account with them and they have been very good so far. Good service and customer support. Good spread prices and still accurate fills in all markets.

I’m working with this broker since almost a year and I can say it’s a serious broker (it is regulated by FCA in UK and by ASIC un Australia) and the spreads are tight enough (there are a few brokers with a couple ticks below but in general spreads ain’t bad). Now for the customer service, it is very dedicated, probably one of the best out there. They take you by the hand, all the way from the beginning. This is one of possibly 4 brokers I would recommend as serious and the only one that has an office in my country (Uruguay, South America). Now possibly the best thing this broker has is it’s customer service as they are more than just troubleshooting, they give training courses in basic strategies to work in the real market but they also assign someone to keep in regular contact through mail and even phone monitoring your accounts and giving feedback about how to improve your trading. Some times they even go as far as to go out of their office to accompany you to the bank to help you with some tramit!.

My trading has improved tremendously since joining Nenad’s course, the lessons have made a great impact in the way of trading and observing market it self.
Nenad is very passionate about his work and always willing to help and explain, his devotion to his students is outstanding.

I am dealing with them since one month now & thats what i found till now…execution is good (very little requotes…nothing is 100% pefrect with MMs….sometimes it is better than 2 – 3 point slippage with STP brokers during the news !!!!), funding & withdrawl is easy (I did both) , live support is good, MT4…..however their response to emails is a bit late/poor & i recommend & suggest the live chat instead.

In breif i am happy to see an east european regulated company doing good job taking in consideration that they are a MM.

as a trader i have tried so many brokers but i must say admiral market is one of the best mt4 broker and most of the best it provides free Education and meterial which is very helpful for a trader like me.and they have one of the best forex analysis Nenad Kerkez who is most passionate about his profession.i would recommend admiral market as a best broker no slippage and requoets.

I see that admiral guys have arrange some extremely positive 4-star feedbacks from some traders. I know them well and actually started my trading career with AM. Their operations are managed out of Tallinn, they are organising introductori training courses for new clients but their service is extremely bad. At high volatility they basically block your positions so that you can not open or close anything. Few times I have had to call them to finally close my positions. I have paid my lessons with them and stoped 6 months ago. Another thing which scares is their corporate structure. They used to be UK ? registered but now in BVI, probably do not apply to any of the regulations in any country.

Just wanted to share my experience with you on AdmiralMarkets.

I am from Switzerland and only speak French. As I went on their website, I found the information (in French) about the accounts and eventually opened an account with them.

I started trading and realized that the stop-out level they coded for my account was not 30% as written on their website but 50%. When I asked them the reason they told me that Swiss clients were considered as German ones and that I had to go on the GERMAN website to see that the stop-out level was indeed at 50% (!!).

It’s written absolutely nowhere that the stop-out level is 50% for Swiss residents. When I came back to them they said that there were not responsible…

It’s just a question of principles.

This is the way I lost CHF 2’000.-

I don’t recommend working with them at all. No transparency at all !

Transparent company run by professionals. Competitive spreads especially on major currency pairs, good customer service, reliable MT4 and MT5 platforms with plenty of custom indicators and other tools. Professional approach, free webinars available, no aggressive marketing.
I’m based in Ireland and withdrawals arrive next day and they don’t charge commissions on transfers like some other brokers.
I dealt with many brokers but very, very few meet their standards. I would highly recommend Admiral Markets.

I have never seen someone trying so hard to teach and help with trading like Nenad Kerkez – Tarantula. He explain everything in the way that everyone can understand and have so much knowledge – I simply enjoy listening to his webinars… There is no way for someone to listen to Nenad, ask him for help, and then to say he could not learn forex trading… I recommend everyone who want to trade, who want to learn how to trade, to watch his Price Action School and all other webinars.. This was the first broker I traded with real money. First of all – I was supprised that they didn’t push me to deposit money at all (comparing to other forex brokers which made annoying calls to me the very second I finshed the registration). My first deposit was only 1000 EUR and I did very low risk trades following Nenad Kerzeks (one of their analysts) weekly live webinars, not to mention that their educational material on youtube are phenomenal. I withdrew my money after a month of trading with 80 EUR profit (did just a few trades per week). Reveived my money next day on my bank account. I’m still learning from their free webinars. I’ll be ready to jump in again when I finish their “Price action trading school”.

Fantastic company and education provided including recorded and live seminars. I was struggling to find anything of a similar quality online. When i first stared looking for material to learn price action analysis i found internet was full of “get rich quick” scams and people trying to sell their strategies instead of giving any valuable information. I have also read some books but the focus was broader and while gave me some good overall understanding i felt it was not exactly telling me how to recognise opportunities or become a good trader.

Guys here are really amazing. I found that Nenad is especially easy to follow and understand and really seems to care about people understanding his lessons rather than just speaking at them. They know what they are talking about, nobody is trying to sell you stuff all the time and you can tell they are professionals passionate about their business. I have just started and there is still lots to learn but I would highly recommend AdmiralMarkets and education it offers to everyone. If you really want to learn and understand instead Forex trading of getting ripped of or wasting your capital this I feel is an excellent place to start.

Some time ago I registered with this broker with the objective of opening an account with them. The process was interrupted after I was registered since i had problems downloading the MT4. I tried to get support from them and discovered that they have NO LIVE CHAT! I then sent a message – but after weeks i had received no response. I then sent another e-mail and once again that was ignored.
After many months I thought I would try again (I really like the tools that they offer). This time I was instructed by the website to register again and when I did that I got the message that this e-mail address already existed. But there is absolutely NO indication what one must do to continue. I thought that if I was already registered I could now just login – but there is no such option.
So once again I am stranded and will now rather open a live account with another broker that has some support.

I had trouble understanding the rules Admiral Markets applies to calculating Used Margin on a Hedged Positions… I called the Trading Desk as a source for getting the exact answer to my some what technical question, as regular Account Representatives that do Cold Calls all day long supposedly were unable to give me an accurate answer. I call the Tallinn number TWICE!!! I got a very polite gentlemen who originally took my issue to hart, by fully cooperating with me, assuring me that everything would be resolved in no time, taking my phone number and telling me that someone will call me back right away!
Few hours later, I receive a call from my local office, telling me not to bug the Trade Desk with questions, even after they are not able to resolve my issue…
After 2 days playing BACK AND FORTH it appears that NO ONE AT ADMIRAL MARKETS HAS ANY CLUE HOW 1 LOT LONG AND 1 LOT SHORT HOW MUCH MARGIN UTILIZATION DOES IT REQUIRE… They through at me some vague “the second one is 50%” which out of contexts has ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE as an answer!!!
After repeated request for a link on their WEB site that deal with the subject topic, to that day I am kept in the dark from an answer that seas to be so straight forward and easy…
SO I GUESS I HAVE TO RATE ADMIRAL MARKETS A ZERO ON THE SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!!!!

I knew absolutely nothing about trading. I stumbled upon Price Action Trading School videos on youtube which is presented by Nenad Kerkez (tarantula fx). I watched and rewatched each one of them and applied what I learned to demo accounts which I managed to maintain in profit for 3 months. (Unheard of for new traders like myself) I then switched to a real account which I am continuing to grow nicely. Price Action Trading School has it all. It teaches you all about how to read price action, use particular indicators, support and resistance and most important gets your mindset right. Anyone struggling with trading should really watch admiral markets channel on youtube and in particular Price Action trading School.

Just for the completion of this story:
You claimed that from my trading activity, you noticed that I use the negative balance protection as a risk tool, ignoring your warning (?) and that you made an exception by opening account for just 100 euros and not for 200.

Well, dear Sirs of Admiral markets, you know that you don’t tell the truth :
1) you are speaking of trading activity and making conclusions, like I have made dozens of transactions with your company.
LOL this was my first and ONLY one which made a negative balance! So it’s impossible to monitor that your client has cruel intentions and even more impossible that you had warned him before!
The only ”warning” I had was a telephone from the rude account manager who called me after my email in which I asked if you truly offer negative balance protection or not, because I found after my first bad trade, a negative balance.
This rude manager, asked me to make a deposit of 1.000 euros…
(accept the truth because I have screenshot showing that I had only 3 transactions with your company and JUST one bad trade!)

2) The second big lie was that I traded huge volumes, abusing your NBP.
Yourself said that my deposit had been JUST 100 EUROS presenting it as an exception that you accepted so small sum ( but your very crediting system accepted the payment, so it was not my fault)!!
So how you accuse me for huge volume when my balance had been so small??
The negative balance after my first bad trade was just about -200 euros, not thousands or something.

3) There are dozens of other brokers who offer real NBP without counting the loss of their clients, with much larger leverage than yours. Something YOU do wrong.
If you accuse your clients of Npb Abuse after their first negative balance, for just a couple of hundreds euros, you should tell your assistants to not advertise that you offer it at all.
This is not NBP, this is scam.

I have been trading with Admiral Markets for last 2 years. Aside from great analysis and help from their analysts I have never had any problems in deposit and withdrawals. The comment that the service is bad is tottaly wrong. There are many ways to deposit money and withdrawals have been very easy so far. Don’t forget that they are fully regulated broker. I dont trust brokers that have no FCA regulation and AM has it.

I fully reccomend their service.

What a breath of fresh air…….Nenad is the real deal! Talk about value…this guy ooozes with it and more. He is knowledgeable, smart, deadly accurate and extremely pleasant.

I recall my first exposure to his recap analysis….wow…I could not believe the level of accuracy and plethora of pips. Unbelievable but there were pips exploding from everywhere like fireworks at a July 4th independence day bonanza.

My trading has taken a massive U-turn since exposure to Nenad a.k.a. Tarantula. If you haven’t been bitten by his “poisonous” venom yet you owe it to yourself to sign up for his webinars on Admiral Markets website.

I have had excellent service and almost immediate help whenever I have requested any thing from both Nenad Kerkaz and Chris S_Chorvic. I signed up for the AccMM on a weekend and I got a reply the same day.If that is not dedication and commitment to both their clients and services then I don’t really no what is! No one in Forex works weekends but I got an immediate response. I have already recommended Chris and Nenad and will keep doing so. They are both amazing.

I have deposited $100 last June 5, 2015 for prepaid card deposit to their prepaid agent. After deposit, I sent to them their deposit slip with other details. Three days after, the prepaid agent said to me that they are no longer offering this service. Because of that, I need to refund my deposited amount. So, I came to their office. They said the refunding of account will be available after 15days of deposit. Now, I can’t do anything because they are holding my money and I want it back.

I won 3rd place in Forexball. I was advised to open an account I did last May 25. But as of this writing, no feed back yet, all documents have been submited. The support is a bit slow, probably because I am just a small client. I tried the chat support but the answer is ” just a moment please” and then gone for the day, same thing happen every time I tried to ask for help. I like the broker personally but the support seems inconsistent.

I invested a massive chunk of my capital and savings into the care of this unregulated broker who vividly convinced me into investing ,he said pulling out of the investment is easy and I could make withdrawals .He kept asking for more funds ,this kept going on until my therapist introduced me to a certified recovery expert jeremywyatt@consultant,com who guided me until I got all my funds back ,I really don’t know how he did it ,It was a relief to get my money back .

I’ve been trading with Admiral Markets AS from Spain from more than three years now. My own funds and theirs are segregated in the best spanish bank, Banco Santander. I only have good words for them. Since operation, through software platform (like details as the Mac OS X perfect MT4 port), very good customer support and the transfer of funds is clean and simple both sides with low commissions. In few words, a broker to trade for a living and what I hope many years to come 🙂

I have a live ECN account in Admiral Markets. Its trading platform is so fast.Fastest execution.i get lowest spread here. More than Important is its ” Fastest Withdraw System” and Money guaranty. Every time i get my profit withdraw within 5 minits. i have withdraw about 32 times. i have not faced any problem from Bangladesh. i am a Bangladeshi trader. i get:

* very nice support from Bangladesh office
i m getting Daily Analysis in my own language.

* bangladesh office is also giving Signal from an outsource analysis company and the signal’s accuracy is 90%. every day tp hit.
* The best ECN account i use. i am happy with its lowest spread and excellent execution.

I just want to recomend admiral markets to everyone.mainly their bangladesh office is just good more than i can say

I have opened Live account (10 EUR deposit) with AM and for now they have excellent execution (nearly same as on the demo).

Prices are slightly different in comparison to the Demo.

I still didn’t withdraw money, I will update this when I will.

Their support is excellent, but I don’t have the experience to say if it is OK one guy (called Shivam) to be support for different topics.

But their Technical Analyst Nenad Kerkez has the most passionate webinars. He is sincere and very effective in communicating even the most technical environments I’ve actually entered some of his trade recommendations and was quite amazed.

I traded with a company then I earned $ 47950 and when I wanted to withdraw the amount of mine they did not transfer the money.
I called the company and sent more than 50 emails and the reply was wait. I waited for 7 months for this company to send my money and they didn’t. They refused to respond to mails and calls ,I had to reach out to taylorbrennan@consultant,com to help me recover all my money back. Glad I have all. y money now

Customer support is non-existant!
Customer support of this company is just so bad, actually almost non-existant.

Lost my phone and now won’t let me access my account, because they won’t accept my ID.
It’s exactly the same ID I used to set up my account!!!
All the other companies I dealt with, since losing my phone, have been very helpful and answered my questions swiftly.

If I’ll ever get decent customer support and regain access to my account, I will withdraw my funds right away and go somewhere else.

Hacked and Fraud
Bassicly my account had been hacked on December 28 2017. about 2 weeks later on January 21 2018 my account was hacked again. Both times all the funds were taken out. During the time nobody was logged into my account according to the IP address and times that this happened. Also durring the time my account was hacked since my bank and credit card were linked the hacker decided to with drawl funds from my account.. Some how some way somebody was able to get into my account without logging in to remove BTC and charge my bank account over $2k. As you can see from the screenshots I was the only person with my IP address to log in way after these transactions were facilitated. There is no way I logged in without my IP address showing up during this time. I logged in several hours later to find My account empty again and another bank charge. I was forced to close my bank account and also lock my account so no further fraud would be committed on my account as to what had told me. It has taken several months for this to get sorted out and nothing at all has been sorted out during these past 6 months. the only thing that happened in these 6 months is locking me out of my account and taking several weeks to respond to my customer support tickets which have not gotten resolved. So at this point we know my account was hacked 2 times. I was forced to close my bank account, is fully aware of the situation. is also aware that I have a pending charge that was not authorized not any IP address login at the time. is also aware that the pending charge is a fraudulent charge and claims I must fulfill the pending transaction in order to reinstate my account. This does not make sense at all. How can you say you protect us and our money when you can clearly see a fraudulent pending transaction?? How are my funds securely stored in a vault and Im still experiencing fraud in my account with another pending transaction? claims I must pay this fraudulent pending charge of 2k in order to reinstate my account.

Yes its great I received a response from you. I see it was faster then your actual support but it is not something you will be resolving as I can see in the emails I have received from them

It was traded on this platform last year. . There is no white list at the beginning. . Later joined the white list. . In order to ensure that the customer’s rights can be understood. . But this transaction process is very sad. . The beginning is to exchange the currency of their investment into the USDT platform. . . Later converted ETH. . Wait 48 hours or not to mention. . The keys on the page are simply not useful. . . There were no results before and after 96 hours. . . You are also the top ten exchanges in the world. . If you can not guarantee the timely transfer of customer assets. . How to serve the majority of users in the future? ? We are very disappointed with this money extraction process. . I hope you will see this comment in a timely manner. . . . anxious. . .

I have been trading on Admiral Markets for almost a year and half now and with exception of some glitches I’m very happy with exchange
Withdrawals are fast (some coins are disabled for long so have stopped trading on them but rest have not faced much issue)
worst experience was AMM row where Admiral Markets did not take ownership of fault and traders had to suffer, fault was partly on both ends however at the end only traders suffered, I myself had lost good amount in that..

I’ve sign up for a partnership programmed with Admiral Markets, was promise a % of commission , went on the promote its platform but did not receive any commission which I should have . Have email customer service multiple times , and have no respond on this issue , all I got was delays .
The platform spread was no good too , Do compare Live spread with other platforms .

Shortly after I joined Admiral Markets a dispute arose which I expected to be addressed and resolved swiftly after I reported it to customer services. However, almost 6 weeks have passed and my dispute has still not been resolved. The customer service team appears to pass all disputes to an account manager. The account manager called me after several days and I explained what happened. He then asked me to email the details of the dispute to him. After emailing, I heard nothing back from him. I emailed customer service again a couple of weeks later, which again prompted the account manager to call me. Again he asked me to email him some details and promised to look at it and help. I immediately did this but again I didn’t hear back. I have now decided to close my account as it is clear that Admiral Markets fail at a basic service level. I need my broker to be reliable and responsive to important concerns – particularly when these concerns affect my profit and loss such as this one.

Admiral Markets has provided the worst experience I have ever received from a broker. Fortunately, I didn’t bring my whole account over to Admiral Markets so it was easy to walk away. I just want to warn others that they should be cautious about joining Admiral Markets due to my experiences.

Horrible. Suddenly they can put an spread (in ECN account!) of more than 200 pips (pips I repeat). They put under investigation and finally they said: supe high volatile (and send an excel as prove!!!). I show the case to other traders and brokers and nobody could believe it! Run!

Along my journey using the platform, it was great and well-managed. The most important thing is, less frozen and order execution are mostly executed smoothly. I definitely choose the Wire transfer method. Normally, it will take less than 2-3 days to process and I think its okay enough.

lost all my money trading on this platform. They kept holding my profits and kept demanding d=for more funds. Please run away from them. They are scammers. After waiting for weeks on their customer service, I decided to search for means to get my funds back and I stumbled on an expert at fightingscams at aol dot com. He assisted me in recovering all my funds lost to this scam brokers.

Recently introduced to the crypto platform and had no idea what I was getting into. I was skeptical and confused, especially after hearing a few instances where people had lost this investment.
