Stratted playing moon princess (play n go) during the game there was an error and i had to restart, no problem i thought. But it happened again after a spin or 10… hmmm weird thing was that the game did not start where i left it (love started at the second time while i still was at star?) and after s spin or 70/80 i got the trinity bonus. Document verification process was a nightmare. They rejected photos claiming they were scanned images which they were not. Difficult to provide a utility bill with residential address when your residential address does not receive postal delivery. So all of my accounts are electronic or go to my postal address. Staff were extremely unhelpful and did not bother to respond to some emails and with some responses did not bother to answer the questions asked. Ended up playing through my winnings and will never use this casino again.

I was initially very skeptical about bitstarz, I had read in several places that one would experience problems as soon as one tried to withdraw money.
BUT, I deposited money, won money without a bonus, and withdrew the same day and it went perfectly.

Opted out of bonuses, as was aware that there are many conditions associated. Nonetheless haven’t been able to stop offers of free spins etc ie no deposit bonuses. Tried them out of curiosity.
