Great customer support. Easy cash out. I would have given them 10 stars, if they would have kept Ezugi or bring them back. Over all I think Ezugi has the best odds for players. Mbit Casino… has been doing well, as they have added more lives games. However, I would like more BJ options then evolution. Evolution has one of the worst BJ odds for players. Worst off, if you premark your decision, you can’t change it. Which means if you accidentally hit the hit button instead of staying on your 20’s, you can’t stand, even though your turn hasn’t come around yet. Ezugi doesn’t allow players to split 10’s unless it’s a pair, which make it more of a normal game. Apparently online casinos, everyone and their mothers loves to splits 10’s… just doesn’t make sense. Also when you play multiple hands you’re force to bet evenly. At a normal bj tables, you’re allowed to set different amounts.
Please. Have other BJ game provider. Either bring back Ezugi, or some other provider. I been playing less and less at Mbit Casino… and I was a loyal customer… I gamble weekly over 10k… already… I had to sign up at 5 different casinos… just trying to find another bj provider… other than evolution.

I’ve played a number of bitcoin casinos featuring softswiss.This one is the best, by far, and it’s not even close.I’ve kept track of my large bets at a number of casinos by chart and I’m amazed at the number of times the software hits blackjack at a number of casinos during those bets (8 times out of 14 on average which is whopping).That forces me to believe these games can be calibrated by the casino to rip folks off.By contrast, on large blackjack bets at mbit over a similar sample size softswiss hit blackjack on large bets (2 out of 14).All of that is to say you have a fair shot at winning, regardless if provably fair isn’t advertised.

I made a couple of stupid bets and lost a lot but their rebate system is helpful. The games won’t load in full screen. Customer support is extremely rude. Verification process is extremely lengthy. Provided all the documents needed to make a withdrawal but support still doesn’t want to process my cash out request.

My story from July guys.

All is fine until you get a winning streak.

Long story short, I was betting kind of high stakes, 1 btc per bet then repeat the bet at the revised odds. Sometimes I would bet 3-5 times the same bet. It was live betting, with the acceptance delay and odds adjustment it would take 30-90 seconds between each bet, sometimes minutes.
This way, I lost all my bankroll a couple of times. Then the next day I deposited, I got a winning streak and ended up with 17btc balance.
I was using the same betting style I used to lose everything, no problems back then, but when I won they said I am not allowed to ”bet more than once per bet”, that I exploited their system. Let me note here, many other bookmakers (Sbobet, Pinnaclesports, maxbet to name but a few) operate on a similar model. They have a maximum win amount for a line, and after accepting a bet there, they recalculate their position, lower their odds if need be, and let you bet again on the new line. Mbit lines operated in a similar way, as sometimes odds were dropped a little after my bet, or closed for a minute or two. When the revised line was available again, I attempted another bet and such a bet sometimes was rejected.
Daily small withdrawals were being made, so they were checking my account daily and could see the action.
They also said I lost on purpose, like I know the future or something (odds were fair line, market average not even market top), they gave me 2 btc for my troubles, closed my account and wrote off the remaining 15btc.
They took their sports platform down since then. Their risk management is to blame I guess, but how is it my fault I wonder.

Mbit was happy to accept my losing bets and after I won a bit they cancelled the winnings. They took the risk and they were getting the rewards up until the point where they lost.
They chose not to take responsibility, they blamed me, they freerolled me and showed me the door.

Sometimes it’s difficult to receive your withdaws and they aren’t a priority to them unless you lost a lot of money to be able to make the withdraw, then they’ll look at you a little quicker. Tooooo much juice on mbit and too low of a payout to play ratio on their casino games. Not worth paying to play when theres no chance of winning or properly cashing out.
